HOKA HACKNEY
MOVES FESTIVAL
As we prepare for the 2026 HOKA Hackney Moves festival, we’re looking back at what made 2025 so special.
Explore the highlights from last year, and get a taste of the energy, community spirit and free activities that brought the weekend to life. Full 2026 details are coming soon, but this is a glimpse of what’s in store.

SPORT AND MOVEMENT
The Main Stage brought the energy all weekend, hosting high-impact fitness sessions and live entertainment from some of East London’s best. From Fight Klub and Zumba to beatboxers and UK Garage legend Kele Le Roc, the atmosphere was electric from start to finish.
The House of Fitness offered everything from Pilates and Soca Step Aerobics to Carnival Vibes Dance and post-race stretch sessions — the perfect space to move, recover and refuel.
CHILDREN & FAMILIES
The Family Fun Zone, located in the south of the village, was packed with activities for all ages. The Hackney Playbus delivered creative play for under-5s, while HulaFit and NYGlorious Face Arts brought hula hooping and face painting to life.
Badu hosted multi-sport “come and try” sessions, Hackney Jedis Basketball ran fun passing and shooting games, and East London Hockey inspired future stars. Better added trampette classes and a fun ski erg challenge for those ready to get competitive.

FUEL & REFRESH
The Festival Village was home to a vibrant mix of local food and drink traders. From pizza and stacked burgers to green juices and plant-based favourites, there was something for every taste, including gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options.
A full bar kept the celebrations flowing all weekend.
