09:00: Hackney Moves opens  

Kicking the weekend off will be uplifting music from The Ministry of Sound DJ’s on the main stage and DJ Chrystilize on the start stage. On Saturday the focus is fun family fitness, so round up your crew and join us on the marshes.  

Fight Klub will open the main stage with their drum & bass welcome workout at 10:00 followed by an amazing line-up of fitness and wellbeing sessions in the House of Fitness and House of Ministry, offering something for everyone.  

10:30: Schools Challenge 

Head to the start line to see the primary school children of Hackney run their final celebratory mile which finishes on the Wizz Air Hackney Half finish line, completing their own half marathon. 

12:00, 13:30 & 15:00: Community 5K 

You can cheer on the 5K runners who have signed up for this free event at the start line or around the course. 

Sunday schedule

  • The number one drum and bass workout, Fight Klub is the high intensity fun workout that makes getting in shape an addiction. Set to music, the programme is a combination of boxing, kick boxing and dance and will leave you pumped.

  • Karla Richards is a qualified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She has been in the health and fitness industry for over 8 years, Her dance fitness classes are energetic, confidence boosting, while getting a good workout in.

  • F.I.T Jam founded by international fitness presenter and celebrity trainer Faye Edwards, brings you a dance movement that is all about the good vibes! You’ll learn an easy to follow routine, for all levels. Get ready to have fun and go with your flow!

  • This class will incorporate cardio, floor barre & conditioning moves to work up that Retroglow sweat, whilst also focusing on those isometric movements to get that famous barre burn. We will end on an iconic 90s singalong stretch for the ultimate feel-good factor!

  • Kate Rowe-Ham is a Women's Health Coach with a special interest in menopause fitness. The Author of the book Fitter , Calmer, Stronger in 30 Days and founder of the Owning Your Menopause app. Annie Ellis is a menopause nutritionist and health coach.

  • The FIGHT KLUB tent takeover is three back to back 30 minute drum and bass workout sessions with the iconic FIGHT KLUB free standing punch bag. If high energy fitness fun is what you are looking for, you need to get to the tent on time!

  • This fun yoga class will require you to team up with a friend to maximise your mobility gains. Enjoy will do some old favourites and new challenges to get your body feeling spiced up and zingy for a day of moving, running and funning at Hackney Wellness.

  • Shesensu is an energetic mindful movement flow. Expect Ancient and Modern, Eastern and Western exercise techniques to a soundtrack of tribal & electronic beats. You'll be addicted! Shesensu is with live drumming
