DEFER TO 2027 POLICY

Upon registration to the 2027 event, you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of the 2027 ticket price.

Registrations for the 2027 event will be sent out the week after the 2027 event launch.

There are a limited number of deferrals for each event at the discretion of the event organiser. All deferrals will close on 01/03/2026, even if the maximum number of deferrals has not been reached by that date.

The event organiser reserves the right to close this option at anytime. It is recommended to submit your deferral at your earliest convenience.

Your entry is not guaranteed until you are fully registered for the 2027 event.

TRANSFER TO A FRIEND POLICY

Upon registration to the event, your friend will be required to pay a transfer fee of £25.

Your entry will only be cancelled once your friend has entered the event and taken your place. All transfer to a friend entries must be claimed on or before 01/03/2026, even if the maximum number of transfers has not been reached by that date.

There are a limited number of transfer to a friend places for each event at the discretion of the event organiser.

The event organiser reserves the right to close this option at anytime. It is recommended to submit your transfer to a friend invitation at your earliest convenience.
