HOW TO GET A PLACE
We are incredibly excited to confirm that HOKA Hackney Half will return on 16th May 2027. East London's much-loved festival of sport will take place once again in Hackney, and we are incredibly proud to call this borough our home.
Given that entries sold out in under an hour last year, we will be opening separate entry windows to give as many people as possible a fair chance at securing a place.
You will be able to enter via the link below, when the window opens.
We expect each window to only be open for a short amount of time. Demand is high, so you'll likely join a queue when you arrive. Stay on the page, you don't need to refresh. You'll only move through when a ticket is ready for you to purchase.
Once you're through you'll have 10 minutes to complete your purchase. Entries start at £69 across three entry types. If something shows as unavailable, it's either sold out or held by someone currently in checkout — but any reservation not completed within 10 minutes gets released back into the queue. If you're still waiting, it's worth staying put.

WHY THIS WAY?
Each entry window will have a limited quantity of tickets available and based on recent year’s registrations, we expect these to sell out very quickly (potentially within minutes).
Once an entry window sells out, the next window will only open at the time listed above.
The windows will go on sale at different times of day to give as many people a fair chance at accessing a ticket as possible - we understand people have different work and life commitments that may prevent them being ready to purchase at a specific time.

ONE STANDARD
Additionally for 2027, the HOKA Hackney Half general entries will be sold at a single price for everyone, rather than through tiered pricing. With such anticipated high demand, a limited number of places available, and based on the previous speed of sell-out, we feel that all runners having access to the same ticket price is the fairest and most appropriate entry mechanism.. All general entry tickets for the 2027 HOKA Hackney Half will be priced at £69.
If you'd like an enhanced event experience we also offer a small number of Premium entries for £149. You'll get access to private toilets, secure bag drop, a dedicated changing area and post-race food and drink in our exclusive hospitality area. You'll also receive iTAB medal personalisation with your name and finish time and a merch item.
OUR COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY
Alongside these changes, HOKA Hackney Moves will continue to build on its efforts to make the event as accessible and inclusive as possible. This includes working with community groups to provide discounted entry rates, as well as operating the HOKA Hackney Academy, which provides free coaching and training sessions for those new to running.
Your support ensures we can continue to do our bit in keeping Hackney moving through our free community 5K, our free 2 day festival of activity and our free schools challenge for local children.
